The ultimate objective of the Pre Roll Production Supervisor is to monitor the Pre Roll Production line and team as they package, label, and compliantly store cannabis products.
The Pre Roll Production Supervisor maintains productivity in the packaging department and has the capability to make managerial decisions when needed.
They have a clear understanding of company policy, standard operating procedures, and safety for employees.

30pm Responsibilities and Duties Supervising Pre Roll Production of the PrerollER-200 Monitoring and maintaining equipment and machinery Setting up manufacturing equipment Overseeing training of new or Junior Machine Operators/ Line Operators Using machine equipment to complete tasks Performing routine inspections of manufacturing equipment Evaluating the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed Performing routine maintenance checks Following strict safety regulations and guidelines while operating mechanical or computer-operated equipment.
Delegating products assigned to packagers.
Completing routine quality control checks.
Keeping packaging technicians/ line workers on task and reaching daily goals.
Trains employees on all packaging duties assigned while following company SOPs.
Safely unloading vault space and packing vault space.
Overseeing proper use of equipment and proper tracking.
Follows all proper PPE guidelines and holds staff to the expectation and requirements.
Delegate lunch and breaks appropriately.
Reports employee misconduct, late arrivals, and missed shifts to Pre Roll Production Assistant Manager in a timely manner.
Maintains a clean and compliant work space.
Requirements and Qualifications Full time position requiring a minimum of 5 days a week.
Maintain a reliable attendance record Effective communication, include speaking, writing, active listening and taking instruction Good leadership and training skills Quick troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Advanced knowledge of following blueprints and manual Excellent mechanical skills, including comfort with using tools to make simple repairs Great time management Keen attention to detail to identify maintenance, product or operations issues Communicate effectively between the Packaging departments and other NEA departments Ability to perform the following physical tasks:
sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes.
Open availability throughout the week as needed including AM and PM shifts.
Must be willing to commit to a monthly audit schedule.
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and METRC.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Good organizational skills.
Detail oriented, and good with numbers.
Ability to follow written procedures, and monitor others for adherence to written procedures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in highly regulated industry, quality control, and quality assurance.
Over 21 with the ability to obtain a MA agent registration card.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
Outstanding and professional communication skills.
Essential Duties and Tasks:
Accurately and effectively produce pre rolls (Joints, Blunts & Multipacks).
Adhere to supervisors direction with ensuring that production goals are met on a daily basis.
Using automated operating equipment to complete tasks.
Overseeing the quality of products produced daily.
Full understanding of the quality standards at NEA Report quality issues to management.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment.
When required, accurately produce quality acceptable labels for packages.
Maintain a reliable attendance record.
Communicate effectively between the Packaging, Kitchen, Distribution, and other NEA departments.
Assisting with gathering of daily production materials and inventory.
Boxing/case packaging of packaged units.
Assisting with break coverages.
Labeling finished packaged units (by hand, benchtop, or automated machinery).
Understanding of all automated operating equipment required to complete daily tasks.
Strict adherence to safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements and
