Job Title Trim Technician Location Lakeville, MA Reports to Dry and Trim Manager JOB DESCRIPTION The Trim Technician works with different strains, styles, and varieties of marijuana to trim the cannabis flower maintaining the highest quality product possible.
The Tech must ensure proper handling and disposal of waste, use and maintenance of operating equipment, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
Be able to trim 1 to 2 pounds of cannabis flower in an 8-hour shift while maintaining a high-quality product.
Be able to work with different strains, styles, and varieties of marijuana.
Switching up trimming techniques when needed to ensure the highest quality is being produced.
Employees must manage their time during work efficiently to meet goals set for them by Manager Trim staff is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
Cleaning up at the end of each shift is required, this also includes light janitorial duties.
Monitor, clean and maintain all trim equipment and operate all equipment safely in its intended manner.
Become familiar with all PPE requirements and sustaining personal hygiene.
Ensure waste is properly stored, either in the Green Waste Bins or the General/Non-Green Waste Trash Bins.
Able to weigh and log Green Waste accurately.
Always ensure compliance with all sanitation regulations and safety standards in the production of all extracted products produced by the company as set in the company's Policy and Procedure Manuals Responsible for reporting any identifiable contamination or unsafe practices to the Dry and Trim Manager immediately Flexible with assisting in other departments within the company on occasion
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older GED or High School Diploma required Able to pass all applicable background checks Meticulous attention to detail and strong desire to produce a high-quality product Able/willing to meet target production rates in pounds of trimmed cannabis flower buds Must be able to work scheduled shifts and arrive on time every day ready to work Must be able to work overtime and weekends on occasion Assists in upholding our vision of compassion, integrity, innovation, and individualism WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to sit/stand for 8-hour shifts.
(Full-time.
Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Constant exposure to dust, terpenes, cleaning chemicals and fumes.
Although systems are in place to remove these byproducts, there is still exposure.
