Connected Planning (IBP) Functional Architect
This role plays a critical part in planning and delivery within clients' modernization journeyThis Connected Planning (IBP) Product Manager is a solution architect with strong business acumen responsible for driving and delivering the technological and organizational enablement of our Connected Planning processes and solutionThe successful candidate will work closely with senior business leaders and IT teams to define and deploy strategic enterprise planning capabilitiesThis is an exciting time to join at the start of our journey, providing the candidate the opportunity to blueprint and drive change from birth to nurturingThe successful candidate will bring in relevant industry experience, vision for the Connected Planning (IBP) solution, leveraging hands-on technology platform solution expertise, influencing ability to drive process and solution standardization, and collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve common goals, while delivering consistent and thorough deliverables as required by the project.

We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays & Fridays remote
Responsibilities:
Lead and provide input on the technology selection, build and deployPartner with our business to adapt to industry best practices for following planning related areas - demand, supply, inventory, S&OP, financials.
Be the primary functional contact and technology business partner to our Commercial Leader, US and International business across a number of stakeholders in Supply Chain and Finance business leadership teams to define and deliver Connected Planning capabilities required to enable the business strategyBe the single point of contact for our solution across product vendor, external technology providers / system integrators, business teams and internal IT teamsLead all Product Management aspects of the SDLC, including requirement gathering, solution definition, build, testing, deployment, and supportLead all integration aspects with existing and new ERP core (SAP S4, and other non-SAP applications, and analytics tools).
Collaborate within the internal IT organization to deliver quality solutions, on timeDrive process and solution standardizationEffectively analyze business process changes and change impact, and work with business stakeholders to manage through that change Requirements:

years of hands-on, solution leadership and implementation experience in SAP planning-related solutions, preferred experience with O9, Anaplan, Relex, SAP IBP and SAP APOIndustry experience within CPG or Food& Beverage is highly preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders to adopt industry best practices in terms of business processes and technology solutions.
Strong business acumen within an enterprise planning function and other supply chain execution functions, including transportation planning, manufacturing planning, and warehouse management.
Strong research, data analysis, and problem visualization skillsAbility to collaborate with multiple teams effectively.
Ability to travel up to 15% to our supply facilities.
