Zhangzidao Fishery Group has two openings for Import/Export Clerks to work in our Import/Export Department to work with customs agents, warehouse staff, shipping companies, and customers; to help with shipping, receiving and record keeping for international transactions; prepare invoices, receipts and fill out other business communications, and verify that all documentation adheres to import/export policies and laws; track shipments and communicate with customers about the shipping progress; process quotes from prospective shippers and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur.
Candidates shall have a high school diploma and experienced with Microsoft Office and office billing and filing systems. the ability to speak Chinese or other Asian languages is preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
